Flexi Tickets are only available to be redeemed in the area and type that were originally purchased.

Any unused Flexi Tickets at the end of the 2023/24 season are not refundable or able to be carried forward to the following season.

Season Tickets & Flexi Tickets are only valid for Dagenham & Redbridge FC Vanarama National League Home games and are not valid for Play-Off games or any Cup or Trophy fixture.

For flexi tickets purchased in either the Carling or Family Stands, there is no guarantee for a dedicated seat as well as no guarantee of getting access to a match if any particular fixture sells out before being able to get online to claim a ticket.
